807 MAIN ROAD ON JOHNS ISLAND SOLD TO LOCAL HVAC COMPANY

A ±2,400 SF warehouse building situated on approximately one acre of land at 807 Main Road on Johns Island has been sold to Carolina Comfort Specialists, a locally owned HVAC company expanding its operations in the Charleston area.

The property sold for $939,000, achieving the full asking price. Carolina Comfort Specialists plans to utilize the site as a new operational location to support continued growth and service expansion on Johns Island and surrounding communities. The freestanding warehouse offers functional industrial space with ample land for parking, storage, and future flexibility, making it well suited for service-oriented businesses.
