Christi Copenhaver of NAI Charleston represented the tenant, The Dress Collective, in the transaction. The landlord, King Street Realty, was represented by Steve Hund and Graham Mitchell of CBC Atlantic.
The Dress Collective offers brides a personalized, appointment-based shopping experience featuring a carefully curated collection of designer gowns and one-on-one styling services. The boutique’s arrival adds another distinctive retail concept to Charleston’s premier shopping corridor and further enhances King Street’s vibrant mix of locally owned businesses that continue to attract residents and visitors alike.
