In October of 2017, NAI Charleston formed a strategic partnership with Alliance Commercial Property Management to handle all property management needs. At the two year anniversary of this partnership, ACPM was managing more than 2.5 million square feet across all asset types in the greater Charleston MSA. ACPM as a company manages more than 6 million square feet and provides turnkey, third-party property management services for a diverse portfolio of commercial properties located across the Southeast.
