The franchisee will occupy the newly constructed ±2,501 SF quick-service restaurant, which features a double drive-thru and is prominently located at the intersection of South 4th Street and East Washington Street. This marks the first Tropical Smoothie Café location in the Hartsville, SC market. Will Sherrod, CCIM and Christi Copenhaver represented the buyer, and Ross Robison of MECA Commercial Real Estate represented the seller.
