This acquisition marks babas’ third location in the city and their first owner-occupied property. The ±1,910 SF, two-story brick building, complete with a private outdoor patio, is located in the historic Harleston Village and dates back to 1931.
They plan to completely renovate, expand, and reimagine the space to align with babas’ signature aesthetic and hospitality. Construction and renovation efforts began immediately following the recent closing.
“From their first location to their third, helping babas find the perfect spaces for their brand has been a pleasure,” said Jack Owens. “Watching clients grow and expand their business into a Charleston staple is one of the best parts of my job.”
