±5.6 Acre Parcel Sold In The Neck Area Of Charleston’s Peninsula

It will lease short-term as a laydown yard, and in the future, it will be developed for multi-family and storage use. Jack represented the seller, Gerald McMahon. The parcel sold for $6 million.
