Zack has an extensive background in tenant and landlord representation, retail site selection, and representing buyers and sellers. He joined the NAI Charleston team in 2023 after working in the market for three years with another real estate firm. Before his career in commercial real estate, Zack worked in tech sales in Manhattan. Since moving to Charleston, he has developed local relationships with landlords and corporate clients from around the US. Zack’s positive attitude and detailed approach in consulting business owners and investors has been beneficial to clients throughout his career.

Zack previously worked for Carolina One where he represented clients such as Lime in their e-bike launch to Charleston and Kohler Moving Company’s warehouse disposition after 50+ years in business. He also provided leasing services for Remedy Healthcare, a medical REIT based in Chicago and assisted a Chinese International Paper subsidiary with locating a new start-up paper processing facility in the US. Zack assisted Mark Bryan of Hootie and the Blowfish in bringing his new beverage (hi Seltzer) into the Charleston market. Zack also represents the majority ownership of the historic Franke Building in downtown Charleston with sales, leasing, and consulting services.
