Background and Experience

Whit is a recent graduate of the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee and majored in Supply Chain Management. He has been licensed in real estate since 2019 and is a member of CTAR with experience in both residential and commercial sectors.

Growing up in Virginia, Whit was always drawn to the coast of South Carolina, where his family is from and has since moved back to Daniel Island. The interest in the area prompted his early residential real estate career, and he has helped clients close on over $6.5 million throughout the Lowcountry while enrolled as a college student. He has also interned in Charleston with both a third-party logistics company and Armada Development, focusing on affordable housing in the Southeast. He will be predominantly handling general commercial brokerage, including tenant representation and site selection for new and expanding businesses coming to the greater Charleston region.
