• Represented the Investment Buyer in a one-million square foot industrial value-add transaction at 4500 Leeds Ave in North Charleston in 2017, closing for $43 million
• Represented seller in the $21 million sale of 2,031 acres of entitled mixed-use land in Berkley County known as the “Wildcat Tract”
