ENGINEERED SYSTEMS, INC. RELOCATES TO OWNER-OCCUPY
CHARLESTON, SC – November 2025 – NAI Charleston is pleased to announce the successful sale of 3810 Ladson Road. This property consists of five parcels totalling ±5.89 acres with ±15,271 SF of flex warehouse space in three separate buildings.
Trad Dyches, CCIM and Whit Jones represented the buyer Engineered Systems, Inc. that build and service cranes for industrial users. They relocated from their previously leased space at 3270 Benchmark Drive in order to expand and own their own building. This was financially the right move when comparing a mortgage to market lease rates of similar properties.
Brett Rashtchian of RE/MAX Southern Shores represented the seller, Carolina Chillers. The property sold for $2.9 million.
